When guys are doing handstands and stuff with basketball shorts, what should we do about them flying up?

When I do gymnastics at school, it is nice to wear some basketball shorts because they are comfortable and light, but when I do handstands or headstands or anything like that, they fly up and show my white legs lol. What should I do about that? I am an average guy that will not wear those tiny shorts or almost speedos like Olympic gymnasts wear, so I wear basketball shorts. I like to wear like plaid shorts, but they are a bit rougher and not as light. Is there anything that I could wear under that wouldn't be like tight bikers' shorts, but that would be light that would just stay up?

Is this a good, free verse poem about unrequited love?

pretty good-- captures the confusion and cloudiness of it all. Nothing is black and white in love bc we cannot enter another's mind, and, even if we could, we still may find no clarity. But, the poem is irritating bc it seems that the people aren't being open with each other-- why not? They are so reticent, but it doesn't have to be that way and shouldn't be-- you only live once, afterall. The poem seems very personal, and this is dangerous because the author often umes the reader knows more than he or she does-- you should provide more context, so the reader can follow along better-- we don't know ANYTHING that isn't at least implied in your writing.

What is wrong with me?

I'm not sure what happened to me and I'm really worried. This morning I was in the bathroom helping my son wash up for school. While I was in there I suddenly felt very nauseous and light headed. This blue haze started to cover almost the entire bathroom and I began to feel dizzy. It felt as though I was seriously going to vomit so I decided I had to leave the bathroom ASAP so I wouldn't vomit all over my son. On my way out of the bathroom (about 3 feet from the door) I fell to the floor and started shaking uncontrollably. My whole body was shaking and I blacked out. I don't even remember how I fell. When I woke up my son was standing over me crying and screaming. I tried to pick myself up but felt very weak and had a difficult time steadying myself. Finally I was able to get up and I ran to the phone and called my husband. He rushed me to the Hospital. After they completed an EKG, blood tests, and blood pressure tests and many other tests they told me they don't know what happened and discharged me. I'm 28 and female. I'm very healthy, I eat a healthy diet and regularly exercise. I don't have much of a medical history except I do often get light headed. And sometimes I get anxiety attacks. In the past I had migraine headaches but now I don't get them often. Can anybody help me.

Why is my computer changing letters as I type them?

I have run into something similar when using a lap top. The keyboard had a function key. I believe it was labeled FN and it was blue at the bottom. What had happened is that I accidentally hit a combination of the function key and one of the F keys at the top. (F1-F12) That put the keyboard into a different mode. I'm sorry I'm not sure of the fix as I now have a desktop and I forgot exactly what keys where pushed. I hope this helps.

What are the options (besides having a co-signer) for a credit challenged person to rent an apartment?

I'm a 23 year old student trying to rent an apartment, my rental history is good, I make 3 times the amount of rent needed, but they still require you to have some credit established, but I don't. Are there apartment locaters or anything that help credit challenged people? Is there anyway around this? I think it's just the city/area i'm trying to rent in.

I had to bring my sister to the station in my parents car, and the car was going alright, stalling once or twice, but on the way back I think the filters were getting congested because I kept on stalling constantly, and I really thought there is no way i'm going to be able to get home, I couldn't go up further than second gear, and I was having to really build up speed to get up any steep gradients. And on a hill just after a corner before my house I met a land rover and went into the front side of it, busting his lights and leaving a fair dent and breaking my front fan, so we both got out he was as expected angry and I was very sorry, and we swapped details, and I just kept apologising, in the end he said well these things happen. Feeling ill for nearly a year now!?

ok im male 30 have 3 youngsters and married about a year ago i started feeling really tired and weak also getting pins and needles in hand and eyelids flickering vigorously i only started panicking when my whole body started getting spasms arms legs etc! was referred to neurologist but he said wasnt MS altho it was only a 10 min consultation!! since then spasms in body dont happen as much eyelids stil flicker like mad and have been fatigued for a year now and yes ive had all the relevant blood test done and had a carbon monoxide tester fitted!! im awaiting a chronic fatigue app but im sceptical about have chronic fatigue as my partner has been ill for a year now mainly weak and tired like me!! oh and ive developed yellow coating on my tongue and back acne in the last year just to top it all off!!!! i need a good doctor!!!

Hypochondriac here, is this just a cold or should I be worried?

I know what it's like to be a hypochondriac. I used to always think I was dying or that there was something terrible wrong with me. You can definitely be achy and tired with just a cold and phlegm kind of signals a cold to me. Try taking some NyQuil or Ibuprofen and see if it helps. I'm sure it's definitely not anything terrible. People do get colds.. it happens. You'll be alright.

Well, number 1, which seems like a no brainer but I didn't see you mention it, use dust mite covers on your pillows and matress. Wash your bedding at least once a week. My 3 year old suffered from allergies from day one. A day hadn't gone by where her nose wasn't running and sounded stuffy. It became serious when her preschool wouldn't let her return until her nose stopped running! I had been taking her to the doctor. She was prescribed Claritin, Mucinex, and a perscription Benadryl. None of it did anything at all. I called my mother in law who's a chiropractor (which I should have done in the first place) and she instantly new what to do. She mailed us these chewable pills called Congaplex by Standard Process. After taking one dose her nose stopped running. I thought it was a miracle. I've never seen her without a runny nose! I don't think these things are over the counter I'm pretty sure you can only get it through a doctor or chiropractor. It's definitely worth looking into. I feel bad for you cuz I know how much my daughter suffered and now she's cured.

I took summer school for a math course because I might need it as a prerequisite for a university that I'll want to get into for psychology. What should I do? Or will it only get harder in normal school? I still have the option of not taking it at all and dropping it. What causes my vehicle to pull to one direction only when I throttle at high speed?

I have a 1988 Pathfinder. The vehicle coasts straight and true, and there are no signs of tire wear (10K+ miles on tires). The vehicle pulls to one side only when I throttle. I don't notice this when I am constantly on the throttle, but only when I alternate between coasting and accelerating. I have to compensate the steering wheel, and when going fast, this can really cause me to be swervy. I don't want to be pulled off the road for looking like I am driving drunk, or worse yet, skid off the road in snowy conditions. Is this an alignment problem?

Can't Help Farting During ?

I'm a gay male, recently began having . I usually bottom (even though I hate it; I would much prefer to top/alternate) but anyways it is very uncomfortable for me because when anything goes up my bum, fingers, s, it really makes me want to fart. ok so my school is going under extreme budget cuts next year. we are in a two million dollar debt right now and our town isn't increasing the budget for next year at all. this means that there is a possibility for cutting all sports, band, art, and some electives.in our entire district over 100 teachers are losing there jobs and entire departments might be cut, like music. next year is also a accreditation year which means people are going to come in to say that we are a horrible school. im a freshman and they are starting to say that we might have to go through 5 years of high school instead of four because of the credits needed to graduate. i can pretty much guarantee that no college will accept any of us no matter what are grades are. im not going to stay at this school if this is being done and my parents are refusing to send me to a private school. so would i be able to go to a school in a different town or not. i live three minutes away from trumbull high school but i have to go to shelton high school because it my house in in shelton and it is 20 minutes away. why can't i just go to trumbull high instead of shelton high.

high traffic area - hallway, kitchen, eating area and front entry - have grout that is now very dark brown/grey. It wasn't that way previously. Its had about 6 years of traffic and wasn't sealed (to my knowledge - tract home - I was original buyer) If not able to clean, can I re-color it or would I have to re-grout the entire area, a proposition I do not look forward to.

I think you are right when punishing your son - he is your child, and you can do whatever you think is necessary. But, I think that it wasn't the correct decision to talk to the girl about your beliefs; you should have just cut it down to a short 'if your parents saw you now...' comment - not about God or anything. Your son should not have been engaged in that activity - this is the age where kids will be doing that sort of thing, and that's when you need to do what you already did to put a stop to it.

So, I'm a freshman in high school, and I have a teacher who, to me, is a little odd. He's my art teacher, 20s, and fairly attractive. I know the line between being friendly and being suggestive is a blurred one, but I've felt very uncomfortable around him at times. For instance, once I was painting and he came up to me and started rubbing my shoulders and saying, "You feel so tense." My sister and her husband seem to think that they know everything about raising children and my husband and I are complete idiots that need to be told what to do.
