How do i get my hair to be very nice and smooth all i have is stornger hair panten shampoo?

i have a comb and a brush and panten shampoo thats all but my hair is frizzy feels bad when i stoke 1 strand of hair and its all puffy and hard to brush or comb my hair i want damn nice smooth sliky STRAIGHT hair
