Is rage going to be good?

i was wondering because rage and brink looked really good but brink turned out to be bad and they were made by the same people and game engine. obviously no one knows for sure but i wanna hear opinions cuz i don't wanna buy a bad game and rage is on my "gamez i gatsta buy" list
