Why will Jesus -peace be upon him- judge all of us in the Judgement Day?

Ok if this right, so where is the fairness????? it is just injustice ?am I going to be equal with one who killed and d and and and. sorry it doesn't make sense at allll. each one must has her or his own payment this is what happing in this life???be more wise when you thinking about such issue please? just read about islam and what will happen in the next life it is the most sane truth.
