How does one get rid of those pesky dark circles under ones eyes?

under eye concerlor, it covers up the black bags under your eyes, twoo get rid of them completely , im not so sure, iv heard putting tea bags under them helps and there also a mask, like a faoming facial mask kinda thing pbut for undereyes its about 3dollars at walmart,
