Feeling ill for nearly a year now!?

ok im male 30 have 3 youngsters and married about a year ago i started feeling really tired and weak also getting pins and needles in hand and eyelids flickering vigorously i only started panicking when my whole body started getting spasms arms legs etc! was referred to neurologist but he said wasnt MS altho it was only a 10 min consultation!! since then spasms in body dont happen as much eyelids stil flicker like mad and have been fatigued for a year now and yes ive had all the relevant blood test done and had a carbon monoxide tester fitted!! im awaiting a chronic fatigue app but im sceptical about have chronic fatigue as my partner has been ill for a year now mainly weak and tired like me!! oh and ive developed yellow coating on my tongue and back acne in the last year just to top it all off!!!! i need a good doctor!!!
