Hypochondriac here, is this just a cold or should I be worried?

I know what it's like to be a hypochondriac. I used to always think I was dying or that there was something terrible wrong with me. You can definitely be achy and tired with just a cold and phlegm kind of signals a cold to me. Try taking some NyQuil or Ibuprofen and see if it helps. I'm sure it's definitely not anything terrible. People do get colds.. it happens. You'll be alright.
