That is pretty creepy and suspicious behavior. Its hard to say what her motivations are. Maybe if you know her really well, you could consider her past. Has she had a troubled past? It could be that she no more has anyone to share with. In any case, you have to be cautious about yourself. If any occasion comes up in office where you have to interact with her, be casual. See how she is reacting to you. Is she angry or regretful or just indifferent? Her behavior outside of the car incidents could help you understand this situation better.
