A guy that I work with is obbsessed with drawing willies on everything, what does this mean?

If you hand him a pen and a piece of paper, you can guarantee it will be returned with pictures of willies and such like all over it, I should add that he is 28 married and has a baby. What does all this mean, it is driving me potty and i am running out of paper!!!
