How would I know if my child has OCD?

my daughter (she's 3) has need for symmetry and order. She sometimes organizes her food and toys to be a certain way. She also is constantly repeating words and sentences over and over. My other children were never this way but ofcourse they were both boys . Is this normal for a 3 yr old?
