Were can i find a really good printable chore chart for my kids?

I'm trying to find either a printable chore chart or some craft Ideas so I can make chores for my kids more organized and to help them be more independent oppose to just making them work. I want them to learn responsibility. my first son is four and the oldest is 8, of course my 1 year old is way too small but when he gets older it would be nice for him to grow up seeing them being responsible. It may be an extra push for him. so anyone have any ideas or good websites? thanks!
